Details
A popular cross-country / alpine-touring ski route starting at the Cambie Creek area. Climbs to the Three Brothers area in the area of the Heather Trail. Can be traversed to create a loop via the sub-alpine meadows road (unplowed in winter).
Cleared ski-trail (not summer trail) to the tree-line. Some people choose to do the route as an overnighter.

描述:  红线为 Free Parking 区域，no time limit, 准确集合位置见 Meeting area 箭头所指

***GG/BCMC;~90分钟以内,平时有常规锻炼
***体能装备必须得到组织者认可
***團隊精神 - 共進共退，友爱互助。
***义工组织活动费时费心，希望报名参加的朋友们有空也能在北美户外分享一些相关点滴图文, 有take有give有share.

***新人必须介绍自己的爬山经历/体能/装备/团队精神***

責任與備註:
1. 戶外活動有風險，一切組織和活動屬自願，責任自負。

2. 一切計劃會跟據當時天氣, 環境作靈活變動, 隊友應跟隨整體行進, 不可單獨行動。

3. 一定要三人一組結伴同行。每組備對講機一部, 否則每組定要保持在視線範圍之內。

4. 北美户外是自立自律自理的结伴同行，我们要求每位队友都要各自做好做足功课准备;自己首先照顾好自己，了解行车和爬山的路线，不会手机导航的要自学，不能盲目随从，召集贴里有详细的相关信息和更新，也是要每位参加的队友细读和关注的

司機注意: 如閣下持有Novice牌(Class 7), 除非在一名年滿25歲持有Class 1 - 5的人仕陪同, 否則只可接載一名乘客, 也一定是掛上"N"字標誌。請參閱 ICBC網站

對講機頻道：6-6（6主频道，6子频道）

必备装备：
1> lunch & snacks
2> 防水Hiking boots+MSR 雪鞋
3> 2升水 (用保温瓶带点热水)
4> 2對手套+hat
5> quick dry base layer 和一套御寒保暖衣服(e.g. fleece/down jacket)
6> 防雨防风外套
7> 头灯/手电筒
8> Day hiking背包及rain cover
9> 防晒霜
10>墨鏡
11> Gaiters,防雪防湿鞋湿裤又能防脏
12> 哨子
13> 登山杖 +snow basket
14> 雨具

一些注意事项：

需要CARPOOL的朋友准备两双鞋（一双是登山鞋），在开始Hiking前和结束后，换上干净的鞋，这样省去车主打扫车内卫生，谢谢！还可以再准备一双备用的袜子。爬完山，能让脚舒服一下也是种享受 .

一些要请各位队友注意的事项:

***早上集合时请不要迟到，可以早到五分钟，过时不候***
***结伴同行/相互关照，一定不要落单，请每人各自做好做足功课***
***下来歇息下来会冷，要带足防风防寒的衣服备用方便穿脱***



只走下图紫线的一部份--Fat Dog Trail,看情况，可长可短，最长可到Big Buck Mtn山脊

Info from Bivouac:

Fat Dog Trail (Cambie Creek)

General Route: The route branches off Similkameen River and goes up Fat Dog Creek. Start at Cambie Creek parking lot, initially following a logging road. From the end of the logging road, the trail climbs towards Big Buck and Three Brothers Mountain. The alpine area has excellent meadows for skiing.

Condition: No deadfall, usually broken trail in winter. Old RoadType: Trail

How to Find:

How to Follow: Look for signs on Highway 3, about 2km east of Allison Pass. The parking lot is on the northeast side of the highway. Ski up the obvious road heading up the Similkameen River. Cross the river on a log bridge. Soon after the bridge, bear right again up a hill. At the third fork keep right again. Near the back end of the valley, there is a large clearcut. The trail switchbacks up to a saddle towards a large burn in the subalpine. Ridges and meadows lead up towards the Heather Trail and an alternative descent via Blackwall Peak road.

The latest enroll time is Friday 11:59pm. One day is required to coordinate the car pools.

carpool费用：
从第一集合点carpool到第二集合点的，carpool费用5刀／人，第二集合点到Trail Head，25刀／人

第二集合点到Trial Head，中间不停留，自备早餐带路上
