Dear Adventurers!
Though we have gotten a late this year, MEC Vancouver like to invite your club to our Autumn club night on Thursday November 7th, 2019. Please read the following rules regarding our clubnight program as some information have been updated and be sure to communicate them to your members!
1. Please confirm that your group will be attending ASAP.
2. Your club night will take place at the MEC Vancouver store location at 130 West Broadway and will run for 2 hours between 7:00 - 9:00pm.
3. Please provide an approximation of how many members plan to attend for staffing purposes by two days prior. As well, a designated club member is required to check in members at their table for the duration of the clubnight. If your table is left unattended, your members cannot be checked in by MEC staff and they will not receive the discount. Please be sure to have your membership list with you! Your club check-in leader should arrive no later than 6:50pm.
4. You are welcome to bring promotional material for your club/organization to set up a display at the event if you wish to do so. Our store tables are 4ft in size, so please plan accordingly.
5. Your members will receive 10% off all regularly priced items purchased that evening - including bikes and boats! All items must be and purchased through our cash registers that evening. The discount also does not extend to the following items:
o Clearance Items
o All Arcteryx, Bundstone, Birkenstock, and Glerups products
o Items that are already included in a packaged discount
6. Members can put items on hold up to 48 hours before the event and can be picked up at the Member Services Desk during the clubnight. Items that have been purchased before the event cannot be returned and re-purchased at the discounted rate. There are no exceptions to this rule.
7. If an item that you wish to purchase is not in-stock during the night of the event, we are able to apply the clubnight discount to omni-channeled items. To access this wonderful perk, speak to any staff member to check to see if the item is still available at another location to get it shipped to the location of your desire. The staff member will call the Service Centre for you and tell them the item you're ordering and that you're in the store for the clubnight event (you will have to show the staff member your discount card prior to ordering to receive discount). The staff member will pass the phone over to you and you will confirm shipping and payment details. (Please note that omni-channeled orders will be a separate transaction from your other purchases made that evening in the store)
8. All participants must be members of Mountain Equipment Co-op in order to make a purchase. Lifetime memberships can be purchased during the event for $5.00.

Participants must be a member of Mountain Equipment Co-op in order to make a purchase. If you are not yet a member, you may purchase a $5.00 lifetime membership that evening.
