4点40到达union station，共骑行156.19公里，耗时6小时35分多，平均23.7km/hour。
坐地铁回家，结果在车上睡着了。 :lol:

报个平安，我也到家了。
到大统华停车场是7:20, 码表显示全程161.60， trip time 7小时51分（没包括休息时间）。

josie, paul, 我大约7点左右到达yonge street/lake shore, 骑了大约152公里，包括休息时间骑了大约10小时20分钟，加上往返回家的路程，今天一共骑了162公里。

有几个地方要注意路线：
Port Dalhousie Map 1-4

Jordan Station, Map 1-5 如果绕Jordan Harbour 要多7公里

Grimsby Map 1-8,

Hamilton, Map 2-1

Mississauga, Map 2-7, 这段可以走Lake Shore RD W

trail 有些路段比较绕，最好大家都打印一份备着。

The Trail is pretty good for the sections in Niagara, Hamilton and Toronto. For some sections it might be much easier just to follow the Lakeshore/North Service road in order to avoid the confusion of checking maps and following signs.

I am close to 427/QEW which is 10 mins drive to the STN, My wife will drive me there in the morning. So you are more than welcome if you wanna park your car in my building,then take a ride with me. it is your call.
Note:you must have a quick release front wheel, cause I got fork rack on the car, otherwise it won't fit... let me know

"Four bicycles fit on each regular GO railcar, two just inside each set of doors."
does it mean max 4 bikes on one car?
what if I get on at Port Credit STN  @6.46 am and then there  is no more space? cause it is always first come,first serve basis.

计划根据当天的天气，大家的体力状况，上一次坡路我们6小时包括休息吃午饭共骑了大约85km, 假如当天从早晨9点，到晚上7点10小时，平路小顶风，估计一般情况下，可以骑140公里左右，所以可以骑到kipling station, 牛人可以骑到union station, 如果情况差一些我们可以骑到port credit 125km，然后坐晚上的go train 回来。

Niagara Falls to Union Station 最后的时刻表 和离大瀑布go train station的距离。

Burlington 20:43 23:48   95KM
Oakville 20:55 00:00   110KM
Port Credit 21:04 00:09 125km (这个车站离着trail 很近，大约0.5km)
Union 21:19 00:24  160km

waterfront 距离表, 如果从大瀑布走，还得加上到niagara on the lake 的20km.


Colonel Samuel Smith Park 可以北上 kipling, extra 5km 到kipling station, 从地铁回来。如果到union 需要extra 20km.

所以如果从大瀑布到 kipling station, 大约140km, 到union station 大约155km,  到burlington go train station 大约95 km.

看了一下周六的天气，全程有一点小顶风 （N/E 10km/h)， 温度17度。
