关于睡袋睡垫的选择的个人看法

我和ld每人只有一个睡袋---冬季睡袋（800 fill 零下负15和负18的羽绒睡袋），其它季节也用，热了就拉开一些 (当然再买一个零下负九负七左右的其它暖和的季节专用更好)

关于雪季睡袋的选择的个人看法如下：

要羽绒睡袋，至少750fill以上，fill越高加上充绒量多---就越轻越暖和。
面料要有一定的防水性....

West Mountaineering/Marmot/Mountain hardwear/Rab/Golite都是不错的牌子

关于睡垫，建议用Exped Downmat UL 7 Sleeping Pad ，四季都可以用，雪地露营用也很暖和,Therm‑a‑Rest Neoair XTherm Sleeping Pad 也不错，选睡垫选R Value越高的越暖和

通常都是在平时一些好的折扣户外网店瞅着，有好的deal就下单，如果临时找，能找到的很有限(真正性价比很好的deal很少，很多打大折扣的都不是什么好gear)，今天帮hi友找睡袋deal：在网上找了一个多小时，才勉强找到下面一些：

My personal experience having a warm winter sleeping bag is great but together with waterproof sleeping bag cover is even better. Condensation inside the tent is always an issue for me and having the sleeping bag touching the tent wall will create wetness throughout the nite. The waterproof cover will act as a barrier. Down does not function well when it is wet.

我自己感觉搭帐篷时一定把外帐拉开保持内外帐之间有一定的透气空间，必要时，帐门也拉开一点也有利于透气，这样的话，condensation 的问题会好不少

楼主正确
夏天不建议使用冬天的睡袋，同样fill power下，-10度的睡袋起码比夏天的0度睡袋要重500克。
