大概的行程如下：

10月3日：Vancouver to Field, 770km, drive 8 hours;
10月4日：take 8:30am bus to Lake O'Hara, stay at Elizabeth Parker Hut, Day hiking;
10月5日：Day hiking, and then walk out 11km back to parking （如果10月5日hut有空位，会再加住一晚）.

10月5日－9日，Stay @HI-Lake Louise Alpine Centre, day hiking.

正好赶上10月长周末，也有可能延至10月11日返回，根据当时情况再定。

一部车（poker+五月），还有2个空位。

高幫防水登山鞋
gaitors / 護膝/ 二根登山杖（連baskets）
小冰爪或大冰爪
背包 / 防雨罩
睡袋 / 睡墊（山上小屋一晚）
Lake Ohara山上小屋食物（早餐x1, 晚餐x1, 干粮午餐x2）
Lake Louise day hiking食物：燕麦／挂面／小米／大米／榨菜／咸蛋等等，主要准备早餐食材，晚餐外用或开伙调剂。
水杯 / 熱水瓶
爐 / 汽/ 鍋 / 食具 / 杯子 / 點火器 / 防水火柴
防水食物袋
抹手紙
多個結實的塑料大及小垃圾袋

衣服：

防雨外套及褲子必備，早晚在高山上會冷，至少帶1套禦寒保暖衣服，如羽絨，羊毛外套，其他衣物都選輕的，快乾的毛巾。
替換的登山襪子和內衣。
防水防滑手套必備
輕便鞋
遮陽防雨帽
個人衛生品 / 刷牙用品 / 紙巾 / 洗面奶 / 潤膚霜
梳子
防曬霜
廁紙 & 洗手液
指南針/哨子
