The Hunting of The Madorexual

For many a year from boy to man
The quest had led him
Through clues he’d found
And whispered words
On careful nights by fire light

Madorex

They said, those flames
In the Caves of Madorex
Where a mans desire could be found

And for many years he roamed the hunter
Learning other tongues
With which to write upon
The hidden treasures of
The password
To The Caves of Madorex

For in those warm and musky hollows
The Madorexual had her home
A secret place of love unbound
Or so his heart had been told

And so it was
In a place of hidden valleys
And gentle rolling hills
Between their carnal navel
He found The Caves
And the scent of them
Breathed upon sighs of pleasure

The embracing moist of lips it was
That swallowed him to their sensual dark
And there he found her
His Madorextacy, in the heart of The Caves of Madorex
She waited in a writhe
Entrancing
And beckoned by want
She called to him

The flicker of naked torch
Lay its shadow nude on bear rugs
And her eyes a fire
Hungered animal
For so long a wait
The years she counted

Purred in sweat
Anticipating
The hunters return

He lay aside his burdens
The thought of forests in sun
He lay aside the visions of mountains
He lay aside the rolling seas
The taste of ancient wines
The snow shoes crisp crunching diamonds

He lay aside his name

And to the red and Auburn wreathen Princess of Madorex
In her vulnerable wet and hidden secret
He pledged his soul, evermore
To fulfill every syllable he had written upon the
Password
That led her to the hidden treasures
Of the Caves of Madorex

Mozart Horn Concerto No. 4 in E flat major
“This is the last movement of Mozart's 4th Horn Concerto. It makes me think about hunting, ”
“ The last movement is a "quite obvious" example of the hunt topic, "in which the intervallic construction, featuring prominent tonic and dominant triads in the main melody, was to some degree dictated by the capability of the horn, and so was more closely allied with the original 'pure' characteristics of the 'chasse' as an open-air hunting call."[3]”

Deer Hunting  Poetry in Hunting
Uploaded on December 12, 2012

I wrote this poem on the 8th day of hunting season this year while up in my treestand. If this don't make you wanna hunt there's something wrong with you!

UP IN MY TREESTAND

Up in my treestand waiting for deer

But after 8 days I'm beginning to fear

I may never see my trophy buck

Seems to me I'm out of luck

But wait: whats this? I look through the thicket

Could it be, a deer?! I got my golden ticket!

Slowly I raise the gun to my chin

I got im in my sights...can't help but grin :)

I take a deep breath, let it out and squeeze

I feel like a mouse who just found his cheese!

BAM! goes the gun and my heart along with it

Gee, my tongue hurts! Oops. Must have bit it

I watch the deer run and tumble through the brush

Gosh I love this adrenaline rush!

FINALLY the monster crashes to the ground

It makes me wanna howl like a hound!

I fly down the stand, run to his side

And kneel in the blood pooling beside

This magnificent creature the Lord let me shoot

This is way more exciting than finding pirate's loot!

I pull out my knife and start to field dress

My beautiful buck; his soft neck I caress

As I go to register my very best

I stand a bit taller and puff out my chest

The men step aside as I waltz in the door

And I think to myself: This is what I got up early for!

Folks gather around as I tell my buck story

Making sure, of course, it sounds really gory!

"The best part of all" I say with glee

"My Lord Jesus brought this deer to me!"

"He knew how much we needed the meat

And the pleasure it would bring me. Aint He sweet?!"

So there ya have it people: the illustrious tale

Of Sarah Smoczyk's deer slayings while sitting on a pail.

Franz Joseph Haydn,
http://baike.baidu.com/view/6074.htm

Hunting = 追求即享受

Hunting = 追求即享受

September—The Hunting

Moose Hunting in a Canadian Winter

When the winter snow-fall lies heavy and deep

In rounded hillock and drifted heap,
And the frosty flakes like diamonds shine
On the boughs of the hemlock and plumy pine;
Then forth to the northern wilderness
The hardy trappers and hunters press,

The snow lieth deep, the snow lies white,
It fills the hollows, it tops the height;
The frozen river the ice-bound lakes:
The brook lies mute, and choked in its bed;
You cannot trace where its channels led;
The cedar branch is bent to the ground,
The spruce with a weighty burden is crown抎;
Afar spreads a silent and crystal waste,
Where the features of nature are all effac抎.

But valiant a hunter hath heart of steel;
He buckles the snow shoes firm to his heal;
His Indian blanket and buckskin dress
Suit well with rugged wilderness;
A leathern girdle surrounds his waist.
Wherein his axe and wood-knife are plac抎:
Then forth, at crimson dawning of day,
With his heavy rifle he takes his way.

The snow lies hard, for the keen, cold night
Hath form抯 a crust both solid and bright:
So the hunter strides on with steadfast tread
Wherever the icy deserts may spread;
Knowing well the great moose and cariboo,
With their clattering hoofs, must wallow through;
Although they be fleet as bird on the wing,
When o抏r the firm turf of the forest they spring,
Yet when helpless they sink in the yielding snow,
They抮e an easy prey to their resolute foe.

The great northern stag, with antlers so broad,
With hoofs that can fence or assault like a sword,
Is a terrible foe; so, hunter, beware,
Nor rashly the dangerous champion dare:
His many-tin抎 antlers are like spikes of the oak,
As sharp as a dagger, as fatal their stroke:
Those prongs they would toss both hunter and hound,
Their stab would impale them like worms of the ground,
First drive the ounce-bullet through skull and through brain,
Till he paint with his gore the snow of the plain;
Then draw a keen edge of your blade o抏r his throat,
And sound the death-slogan with shrill bugle-note.

In the far-away northernmost wilds of Maine,
Where the murmuring pines all the year complain,
In the unknown Arrostook抯 lonesome world,
Or where the waters of Moosehead are curl抎,
The stalwart wood-cutter pitches his camp,
In his cabin logs trims his winter lamp;
And oft when the moose-herd hath form抎 its 搚ard,
