I just checked Via website and note that they now offer bike rack on trains between Toronto-Montreal-Quebec City- Jonquière ! you can find the schedule for trains with bike racks at the following link:

可以考虑坐火车到渥太华，一路往回骑到Belleville，再坐火车回多伦多。
因安省着一段以后还可以再安排一次骑行。

这周末出去两天，所以8月长周末只好和EasyWave一起闭关修炼了。   :( 可能找一天带LD骑骑lakeshore短途吧。

到渥太华的火车好像不能带自行车。如果想走远些，可以考虑坐车到Kingston,然后kingston骑到Montreal,一路沿着千岛湖和圣劳伦斯河，听说很不错。

至于Ottawa,我觉得最好是以后有机会有一周的touring，从Kingston到Ottawa，然后从Ottawa沿Ottawa River南到Montreal. 不过对我来说最早也要明年了。

We can simply take train to Kingston and ride back. Let's just finished the water front trail of Lake Ontario this time. Who knows when we will have another chance! :bj:

it might be better if you ride from toronto to Kingston and take the train back. in this way you will most likely have wind on your back rather than in your face.  :wink:

长周末送机不能远行, 只能当天往返.

当天往返的话, GNCR是个不错的选择, 全程140公里, 或抄近路100公里, 基本平路.
