骑行顺利结束。过八点半出发，下午一点准时返回出发点（刚好没淋上雨）。路上有两个休息站，吃喝一应俱全，回来后主办方照例提供自助餐。

今年的100公里绕圈由于修路原因，最后30公里改道，与160公里是同一条线，号称"hilly100", 有4，5个比较陡的坡，还好以前骑过那一段，有思想准备，没觉得太难，反而觉得在林海里上下左右穿越很有意境，比都是大平路有意思多了。-刚刚查图才发现，今天的路线穿越了整个Short Hills Provincial Park.

总距离106公里，骑行时间刚过4小时，匀速26.15.

稍后整一张高程图(bikely)发上来看看。

一般吧, 按TBN分类也就比Tourist稍快点儿, 骑骑Country Cruise 之类的, 比Sportif 还差不少. 本坛就有几位兄弟骑100多公里AVS 30+.

handbar 不是全碳的, 是碳包铝, 够轻又不怕摔, 又便宜, 摔了也不心疼. 全碳的, 摔车先摔handlebar, 摔不起呀, 哈哈哈.

哈哈, Charle 厉害, 光正面看轮胎就能看出是什么轮子, 虽然没全对, 但也没差太远, 是2009 mavic ksyrium 入门级别 equipe, 配 vittoria rubino pro 胎.
手变是ultegra 6600.
两个星期前刚换了crank set - 172.5mm 50/34 ultegra 6750 + B.B., 配 ultegra CN6700 chain, 感觉不错, 适应中...
