Wanderung lives by its organizers. So how can we persuade you to become one?
Here's a list of reasons to step up and organize your own hike:

1) You are always guaranteed a place on the hike;
2) You pick the destination (and degree of difficulty);
3) You pick the date (and meeting time);
4) You pick the meeting spot and number of participants (make it convenient for
YOU!);
5) Becoming an organizer is the fastest way to build a network of like-minded
hiking friends for future trips;
6) Being an organizer makes you a better participant on other people's trips
(you learn about the logistics and can help out);
7) Doing a small bit of trip research can open your eyes to some great
destination you never considered before;
8) Wanderung always needs new organizers (once veteran organizers develop a
network of hiking buddies, they use the list less often);
9) Everybody loves organizers!
