北美户外加龙龙舟队为保持和进一步提高队员们的个人体能,将在冬季为明年参加温哥华国际龙舟赛的队员提供室内体能训练项目。 训练将由龙舟队协助教练Kevin 主持。Kevin 教练是专业健身教练,并且有丰富的龙舟经验。 龙舟队员将在赛事队里报名。 欢迎非龙舟队员也报名参加。 Program Detail: a) 66:00 - 7:00 Cardio Training (at least 20 minutes) Outdoor running that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for at least 20 minutes, preferably more. Purpose: To develop your endurance and Increase Cardio Strength. b) 7:15 - 8:00 Indoor Core Strength Work on shoulders, lats, abs, quads, back, chest, and every muscle in between. Purpose : Build up one's muscles and increase stamina.To get strong. Become balanced and stabilized in the boat.
c) If the weather permits, we may get on the water for dragon boat practises.
