Day hiking Coquitlam lake view trail in Pinecone Burke Provincial Park on January 22

Meet up location: Larfage lake parking lot next tennis court
Time: 9:00am
Walkie talkie channel: 6-6
Round trip time: 5~6 hours Elevation gain:600m
Trail out and back distance:12-km
Suggest items:
waterproof hiking boots,
Hiking poles
Headlights or flashlights
Whistle
Snack and water
Winter clothes
Bear spray

Bring handheld GPS or map and compass if you decide to solo hiking at any time
