Open to youth ages 12–18
Come try one of Canada’s fastest-growing water sports! You’ll get time on thewater, learn paddling skills, and hear from current athletes and world-classcoaches about how to get involved in Dragon Boat and OutriggerCanoe paddling.

No experience? No problem. Bring your energy, passion, and team spirit—we’ll help you build the skills, strength, and confidence to race with pride!

大家好，此次青少年免费夏季龙舟训练营受到了广大家长和青少年的热烈欢迎，报名人数远超预期，展现出极高的参与热情。为了让所有报名者都有机会参加，并更好地保障训练质量和安全，现决定按照年龄进行分组，并分批次安排课程。

为了本次活动 CrossNA 不仅投入了大量义工进行组织协调，还为器材租赁和教练聘用提供了宝贵的资金支持。能够参与这样一次机会难得、资源丰富的训练营，实属不易。

在此提醒大家，请务必妥善安排好个人时间。如遇特殊情况无法参加，务必提前请假，以便将机会留给其他有需要的青少年。让我们共同营造一个有序、高效、互相体谅的学习环境！

龙舟水上运动今年已经9月正式被列入BC教育计划，并可获得高中学分课程，可获政府资助课程。为了我们孩子将来升学提供良好条件,希望这一次的龙舟体验课程能给孩子带来不一样的感受，也能同时享受乘风破浪带来的速度与激情❤‍🔥也很开心我们的团队可以和大家一起体验了解中国传统文化。

@All 为了让孩子们无年龄距离的交流，真正深入体验龙舟运动的魅力，我们特别组建了一支超强教练团队带领训练：

🔥 加拿大16岁年龄组 outrigger canoe支架赛艇冠军

🔥加拿大龙舟国家队计时赛个人第二名，在全球知名的outrigger 独木舟 Aloha Aito 单人赛中和Bora Bora 18公里等等多项赛事前列前茅的CrossNA教练组成员

🔥 现役加拿大国家队成员、CrossNA 龙舟队教练组成员

🔥 CrossNA龙舟队主力队员；Jericho Beach Kayak的持牌教练（kayak/帆船/冲浪皮划艇）

这不仅是一场普通的体验活动，更是孩子们与冠军面对面交流、向加拿大顶尖水上运动员和教练员学习划桨技巧的难得机会！在互动中汲取榜样的力量，在水上找到属于自己的热爱与坚持！

Let our children of all ages to enjoy and experience the fun of dragon boating with a wonderful coaching team. Our coaching team full of experiences is including:

🔥 Canadian 16-year-old Outrigger Canoe Rowing Champion

🔥 Canadian Dragon Boat Team time trial 2nd place, CrossNA coaching staff member
who has been at the top of many events including the world-renowned Outrigger Canoe Aloha Aito singles race and Bora Bora 18km.

🔥 Current member of the Canadian national team and coach of the CrossNA dragon boat team

🔥 One of our best member of CrossNA Dragon Boat Team; Licensed Coach of Jericho Beach Kayak (kayak/sailing/surf kayak)


We hope though this an exceptional opportunity of learning paddling skills from Canada’s top athletes, champions and coaches; children will find their courage and passion of dragon boating!
⚠️ Due to the large turn out of registration for this event, we ask parents to plan their time in advance and be sure to avoid any absences. Therefore we can run this program smoothly, and we can have better arrangement of the volunteers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

8月期间，每位参与者将有两次龙舟体验机会。

体验结束后，教练将从中挑选组成两支精英队，参加9月的两次进阶体验训练，并最终代表队伍出战比赛。

每个训练日，A组和B组在同一时间段训练，现场也可以根据实际情况灵活调整组别安排。
