召集:2026年10月尼泊尔珠峰大本营大环线 3 passes trek to EBC

行走印记:雪山盛宴:尼泊尔珠峰大本营终极大环线及岛峰

时间:2026年10月下旬尼泊尔加德满都集合,集合到解散共18天。
总人数:8人(2人共用1名背夫porter carry maximum 25 k.g and one porter between two person
报名截止:报满或者2026年5月底。3 passes trek to EBC 大环线属于难度较高的徒步路线,需要有高海拔徒步经验,请慎重报名,谢绝占位,请跟帖报名。召集人对入选名单有最终决定权。


费用:1650-1750美金/人,费用含,
  • 16 nights and 17 days of food ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and accommodation during trek (local lodge)
  • Kathmandu to Ramechap  back Kathmandu  Privet Jeep and Ramechap /Lukla/ Ramechap   airfare
  • English speaking local expert guide, porters( porter carry maximum 25 k.g and one porter between two person)
  • Sagarmatha National Park fees

  • Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) fees

行程如下:
Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m),集合日
Upon landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Nepal, you will receive a warm greeting from an airport representative of  Equator Expeditions who will also be driving you to your hotel.
In the evening, after refreshments, it would be lovely to meet your trek mates and mountain guide, who will brief you on your upcoming journey to the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake with three high passes.

Day 2: After Breakfast drive 3 to 4 hours to Rame chap Lunch on the way and spent night at Ramechap at Tea house .

Day 3 :  Fly from  Ramechap  to Lukla (2,886m), Trek to Phakding (2,640m)
The combined trek to Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake with three high passes begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, viewing spectacular airsights of the majestic mountain ranges along with Mt.Everest.
From the legendary Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla begins the official hiking to the Everest region, which calls for a day at the mountainous lodge called Phakding, passing by numerous typical mountain villages all through the Dudh Koshi River past Nupla and Kusum Kang.

Day 4 :Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
On the third day, you will move forward to the treading and cultural hub of the Everest Trekking region, also referred to as the Sherpa capital of the country, Namche Bazaar, after crossing the tributaries of the Dudh Koshi River via several suspension bridges.
Before you finally make it to the tea house in Namche for the night, en route, you will register your permit to visit the Sagarmatha National Park, which grants you surreal views of Mt. Everest, Kusum Kangaru, Thamserku, Kondge-Ri, Tawache Peak, and others.

Day 5 :Rest at Namche Bazaar (3,440m) for acclimatization
Although it hasn’t been long since you began the trek to the Everest region, the altitude gain is significant, and hence it becomes necessary to let yourself adapt to the mountain environment in Namche, which is ideal for rest and acclimatization, catering to the interests of almost every trekker and traveler.
On a lovely day, it would be adventurous to climb some adventurous vantage points nearby or stroll around the village filled with Buddhist monasteries and gompas to get culturally enlightened, followed by everlasting views of Ama Dablam and Mt.Everest.

Day 6 :Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery (3,875m)
Now, your Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake Trek with three high passes move towards the cultural gem of the region, Tengboche monastery, to not only breathe in the enriching culture of the region but also to live it at first, descending from Namche to Pungi Thanka and Dush Koshi Valley, and later on gradually ascending to Tengboche village and monastery.
Set against the amazing backdrop of Ama Dablam and Mt. Everest, the monastery is home to hundreds of monks and nuns. Dive into the religious ceremonies, rites, and everyday lives of the spiritual leaders and their disciples.

Day 7:Tengboche to Dingboche (4,260m)
The journey of the day is through Imjatse Khola, passing through beautifully scattered villages, prayer flags, and a gorgeous glimpse of Ama Dablam from the very beginning of the trek from Tengboche monastery.
The fields are usually surrounded by stone walls protecting the Himalayan organic crops such as barley, buckwheat, and potatoes that look just in the foothills of Island Peak to Dingboche.

Day 8:Rest day at Dingboche (4,260m) for acclimatization
It is time to give yourself a break so that you can mitigate the symptoms of acute mountain sickness, which is a normal occurrence in highly elevated areas in the Himalayas. Although you can fully use the day to rest and unwind at the natural and cultural attractions of the region within the village itself, it is good to climb to a certain height and descend back to a lower altitude for proper acclimatization.
You will have options to choose from when to hike to Nagarjuna Hill, which nonetheless is a great acclimatization day to learn about the Himalayan culture and lifestyle, indulge in local cuisines, and relax in the tranquil surroundings to recharge yourself to the fullest.

Day 9:Dingboche to Lobuche (4930m) via Kongma La pass (5,535m)
This day you will enter the isolated alpine hinterlands of the Everest region, hidden by one of the high mountain passes of the Nepalese Himalayas, Kongma La Pass, so the trek begins comparatively earlier than other hike days, even before breakfast time to avoid the weather in the afternoon.
On crossing the Kongma La Pass, which is marked by cairns and usually fluttering vibrant prayer flags, you will be directed to Lobuche, where you will turn to the north of the mountain through the Khumbu Glacier to spend the night.

Day 10:Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170m), trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) back to Gorakshep
The trek of the day is divided into two halves, in which the first section is allocated to reach the riverbed called Gorak Shep from Lobuche on crossing the glacier moraine to take a much-needed filling lunch.
On taking lunch in Gorak Shep, the next half of the journey begins to arrive at the foot of the highest mountain in the world, Mt. Everest, to admire the extraordinarily adventurous spirit of the climbers on leaving their belongings at Gorak Shep and lastly return to the same teahouse for the night to end the day.

Day 11:Gorakshep to Dzongla (4,850m)
Before you make it to Dzongla, the Everest three-high pass trek culminates at Kala Patthar early in the morning, offering a jaw-dropping view of the Himalayas and the changing lightening over it in the morning, including that of the entire south face of Mt. Everest at the closet, accompanied by snow-capped Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumo Ri, Ama Dablam, Khangtenga, Lobuche Peak, Khumbu glaciers, and icefalls retracing the route to Gorak Shep after spending adequate time at the viewpoint.
Nonetheless, the journey continues to Dzongla right after morning breakfast to make it to the teahouse in Dzongla for lunch and overnight, enjoying leisure time in the afternoon to the fullest.

Day 12:Trek from Dzongla to Gokyo (4,800m) via Cho La pass (5,368m)
This trekking day indicates the end of comparatively strenuous sections of the overall journey to the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake with three high passes as you observe a steep ascend to Cho La Pass and descend to Gokyo at last.
The Cho La lake shimmers as you sharply ascend from Dzongla, with the Ama Dablam dominating the horizon, which is undoubtedly physically demanding yet equally rewarding, leading you to the longest glacier in Nepal, Thangnak, and the second Gokyo Lake, from where you will push yourself a bit to finally spend the night near the third lake in Gokyo village.

Day 13:Rest day in Gokyo or Climb Gokyo Ri (5,357m)
You will not rush your steps, and hence this full day is allocated for complete exploration of the Gokyo lakes, their valleys, and their natural beauty. Therefore, as per the decision of your mountain guides, you will either hike to one of the highest altitudes and scenic vantage points of the Everest region, Gokyo Ri or tour the fourth and fifth lakes.
In the evening, it would be relaxing to stroll around the teahouse at Gokyo, all amidst the astonishing sights of Cho-Oyu, Guanchung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Makalu, while reminiscing about the huge Ngozumba Glacier of the day.

Day 14:Gokyo to Lungden village (4,380m) via Renjo La Pass (5,360m)
Today, you will leave the mythical Gokyo Lakes and its valley behind, which starts early in the morning by climbing up a scree slope to high pasture land and later on the top of Renjo La Pass, providing a scenic lookout at Nangpa Valley and Everest.
Renjo La onward is challenging to descend to Lungden due to rugged trails with a few loose sections until you reach a glacial lake, heading down to the valley to Arya, eventually making it to the destination of the day, Lungden Valley Lodge.

Day 15:Lungden Village (4,380m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
The 14th trek day is one of the longest descending trekking trails as you hop straight to Namche Bazaar on crossing the Bhote Koshi River to Tauranga, Thame, and nearby Gompa, which lastly passes through tiny villages, calling it a day at the hustling and bustling town in the Everest region, Namche Bazaar.

Day 16:Namche Bazaar (3,440m) to Lukla (2,850 m)
It is your final trek day that takes you to the starting point of the overall journey to the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake with three high passes, Lukla one more time, but actually to board the flight back to Kathmandu the very next day.
The route is relatively flat for a few hours, which becomes flat on crossing the suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, passing by forests of rhododendron, pine, and oak along with the snowy peaks.

Day 17:Lukla (2,850m)) to Ramechap  then  Kathmandu (1,400m) by Air,解散日
After breakfast  Once again, the unforgettable 20- to 30-minute flight is here, returning to the Ramechap ,  Drive 3 to 4 hours to Kathmandu transfer Hotel Evening join Gala Dinner .

Day 18, 机动日,以防天气原因Lukla飞机延误

考虑到Lukla的天气不稳定性,参加的同学请预留18天徒步旅行。
