Calgary MEC Gear Swap and Rental Sell-Off, 10/14 (ZT)

On October 14th from 10am – 2pm, two events are happening in the parking lot of Calgary MEC: the MEC Rental Sale, and the Members’ Gear Swap.
Rental Sale and table rentals for Gear Swap are for MEC members only. However, anyone may purchase gear at the Members’ Gear Swap...

*Rental Sale items include: canoe/kayak paddles, PFDs, kayaks, spray skirts, telemarking/touring skis (with bindings and skins), skins (separate), X-country skis (with bindings), ice tools, tents, sleeping bags, snowshoes, shovels, probes

*To ensure all members have an equal opportunity to purchase MEC Rental Sale items, all members must line up for entry to MEC Rental Sale (including those members who have reserved tables in the Members’ Gear Swap)

*All Rental Sale items are sold as-is and there are NO warranty or returns for all sale items.

*MEC Members may rent tables for $10 (full table) or for $5 (half table). There are no refunds on table rentals. Tables are approx. 7 ft. by 3 ft. Table set-up starts at 9 am.

*Tables can be reserved at the Rental desk at MEC. Table reservations will be accepted until noon, October 13th only.

* There will be a live auction to sell off the boats...the highest bidder wins!!
