请问带国内来的朋友去打猎行吗?

这个问题试个非常好的问题，我也一直想问，不仅是带国内的朋友，就是在Vancouver的朋友有的时候也想去。因为去BC北部，风景很美的地方，就当旅游，但是你的主要目的是狩猎，这种情况怎么处理比较好！ :lol:

国内来的朋友没有枪照，应该是不允许去打猎的吧

Hunt and Hunting -
includes shooting at打猎包括:射击, attracting诱惑, searching for搜索, chasing追捕, pursuing追踪,
following after 追随or on the trail of跟踪追赶, stalking围捕, or
lying in wait for wildlife潜伏 or attempting to do
any of those things企图做以上任何事情, whether or not the
wildlife is then or subsequently wounded,killed or captured:
(a)with intention to capture the wildlife企图捕获猎物, or
(b)while in possession of a firearm 枪支or other weapon武器.

知道了加拿大对打猎的定义,带国内来的朋友去打猎时,一旦被发现关键就看森林警察如何鉴定你的朋友是否无证参与了打猎活动.如果他认定你朋友是无证打猎,不但你朋友倒霉,你也将要面对非常严重的法律诉讼!

所以带国内来的朋友去打猎是要冒风险的,尤其是如果你的朋友又特别喜欢打猎,又不听指挥时,你可就惨了!

总之,原则上不要带国内来的朋友去打猎!
