在捐助給小來的金额中, 我们划出$1000 作为感谢Squmish搜救队（义务组织）的支助资金。他们当天出动了很大的人力、物力、财力。整个搜救过程，表现友善之至。

在四月六日陪小來哥哥前往 Rubble Creek 途中，在Tim Horton's 小歇時剛巧又遇到當日控制中心的負責人 - John Howe, 他對我們致以親切的慰問。

現代表小來家人及各捐款人, 把銀行本票及感謝卡寄去Squamish Emgerency Program 作道謝。

Yes,  the society for the Squamish Emergency Program did receive the money order donation and can confirm deposit into our bank.  We truly appreciate this type of donation which enables our group to continue training and purchase equipment for the group.   Thank you and please pass on our confirmation to the donors.

Dear John & the SAR Members,

I thank you all for the efforts and sources put into the Rubble Creek Search operation on Mar 23 – 24, 2008.  I appreciate the support, the care & the warmth extended to me and my teammates during our most grievous moment.  You are all wonderful people!

In memory of the late Mr. Leo Lai, his family and donors wished to donate $1000 to your Society to support its emergency program.  A money order was sent to your Society on April 29, 2008. I wondered whether you have received the donation.  Could you please confirm so that I can keep the donors posted.

Once again, I’m so grateful to all volunteers for their selflessness on providing important life-saving services to the public!
