今天订好了9人7月4日返回Gold River的船。

电话里询问Get West, 万一我们耽误一天，需要取消预定，是否电话提前通知就可以。Get West回复电邮，告知取消预定貌似不行。

Thanks for the list Flora.  It looks perfect!
Now we were talking in the office and you will not be able to reach us by VHF when you are on the trail.  We cannot reach the boat when it is in Friendly Cove.  Often times we call them on the
sat phone.  Is yours a sat phone I was wondering.
The other problem was that often we are full and turn people away if the boat is full.
If we were counting on picking you up, to change at the last minute would not work.
I was wondering what the concern is in the weather.  Is it that you think you flight out will be delayed due to wind?
When are you flying out?
Let me know and I will see if I can help you figure out how it will work.  There are a lot of people on the trail that day.  We are picking up 41 people already so your group will make it 50. The boat
holds 50 people so we will most likely be to full capacity.
Coming out on the Tuesday would definitely give you more privacy on the trail but it is up to you.
Looking forward to assisting you further.  Let me know if you still want the 4th.

Most of people in our group have to be back work on 6th July Monday. So please go ahead to book our group on 4th July.

We do have concern that it might be heavy rain whole day on the coast during our hiking 30th June to 4th July, and we have to stay put for that day. If that happens, we will take flight out or take water taxi out on 5th July. We have one sat phone with us in case emergency.

It will be ok you charge us fully if we call too late to cancel our trip. We will strive to keep our schedule.

万一碰上恶劣天气，必须海岸线停留一天的话，周日返程的另一选择，水上Taxi：

昨日发了传真联系，今天电话过来，告知通常要早上8-9点，有人接电话。

9人乘水上出租返回Gold River的价格为：550刀。
7月5日(Sunday)目前water taxi is available.

若是水上飞机返回，9人价格为：793.88刀(including tax)。
