我们本来的目的地是Tomyhoi lake ，到了trail 的顶端准备往下走去湖边时雾突然浓了。于是撤回，转道Yellow Aster Butte.

Guess for most of hikers, today is so special since we crossed the mountain in sunny, cloudy, foggy, rainy, and even snowy.

第一次走Mt. Baker，感觉那里的山颜色很丰富，非常漂亮，是拍PP的好地方。

第一次最近距离的亲眼看到被开膛的熊,并且加以抚摸及骚扰.

第一次在车上睡着了.

第一次在川菜饭店吃小笼包.

第一次在高速公路上接连遭遇2次车祸堵车.

第一次在美国喝BEER.

第一次写了这么多"第一次".

第N次让爬手钻桌底.

第一次美国之行,很遗憾,由于天气原因,没看到著名的MT. BAKER .

第一次最近距离的亲眼看到被开膛的熊,并且加以抚摸及骚扰.

第一次在车上睡着了.

第一次在川菜饭店吃小笼包.

第一次在高速公路上接连遭遇2次车祸堵车.

第一次在美国喝BEER.

第一次写了这么多"第一次".

飞行, 我估计你所谓的感觉好多了其实也就是肌腱发炎好了, 但离愈合还远着呢, 千万不要掉以轻心, 否则即便春天也只能接着养猪咯.

Mt.baker的地理环境决定了如果是阴天的话8成的可能性是根本看不到Mt.baker. 但是阴雨天变幻莫测，也许恰恰能看到最美的风景。

2. Yosemite Half Dome hiking: 17 miles/27km round trip, 4800ft/1500m. See the pix at the end of this website.

3. Movie: “Shoot to Kill (1988)” by Tom Berenger.
This is what I mentioned during the hiking. I ask my officemate, a native local person, to get the name of it. About half of it is about hiking cross the border from USA side to Canada side. Worth to watch it if we plan to shake hands at the summit of the mountain.

4. A website for buy/sell personal belongings, http://vancouver.craigslist.org
A gal hiking ahead of me asked me about it. This website does not charge fee, neither shipping coast. Can bargain the price thru emails before u go. I just bought snow shoes for beginner $30. The negative side of it is it does not always have what u look for, not as Ebay.

5. Last one: I just got an email from Everie and he is willing to bring the peaches and beer for the last few miles to the summit (I will do the first 100 miles to the parking lot). Someone did say Everie cannot hike without a watermelon or weight to balance him, right?
