Powers to demand name & address
警察问你的名字和住址
Police have a right to ask you to identify yourself, but in most cases you do not have to do so. It is usually a good idea to tell the police your name and address, or show them some ID, otherwise they might make trouble for you or even arrest you.
You do legally have to identify yourself in several situations, including:
警察有权利问你的名字和住址,但是大多数情况下你有权利保持沉默。
